Church appraisals, school appraisals and institutional appraisals represent difficult property classes to appraise. There are often few if any comparables, and when they do exist, they may not closely correlate with the subject property's characteristics. Good judgment is critical. We perform more church appraisals in a few months than many other appraisers do in their entire career.
